The Paşa Shave — a classic straight-razor experience that is never rushed.

The Paşa Shave is a forty-minute, self-contained sequence rooted in the 1960s straight-razor tradition of Kaleiçi. From the moment you sit down, the time is yours; the next step is already prepared.

Paşa Berber keeps the craft of the past alive within the appointment discipline of today.

  1. 1960s

    My grandfather

    My grandfather worked with a single chair in the narrow streets of Kaleiçi. Each morning the steel was honed with the same motion, the lather whipped by hand, and every client greeted by name.

  2. 2017

    Emre Kaya

    Emre Kaya carried the same line from Istanbul to Antalya and founded Paşa Berber. Işıklar Caddesi No: 42, Muratpaşa — four chairs, seven masters, an appointment-based tempo.

  3. Today

    The same care

    The same care, the same ritual; only the frame is different. A place where Turkish and English are spoken, Turkish coffee is served, and nothing is rushed.
